Directions:
To introduce your dog to Petrodex toothpaste, apply a small amount onto your finger and allow pet to taste. Next, apply a small amount onto a toothbrush or finger toothbrush. Then, gently pull the lips and cheeks up. Begin brushing with short, back-and-forth strokes at the gumline. Brush only a few teeth the first time, giving a lot of praise during the process. Work up to brushing the entire mouth over a few sittings.
